I'm one of the most advanced users of OpenClaw. OpenClaw + GPT5.3 Codex + Opus 4.6 has been the trifecta that changed everything. I made a video going over everything I'm doing with these tools. Learn these tools, stay ahead. Watch this video right now. 0:00 Intro 1:02 Overview... show more

Thanks to @greptile for sponsoring! Here are all the prompts to get these use cases working:

Love it Matt. For anyone thinking about using @openclaw: 1. It is super ADDICTIVE & USEFUL 2. Watch this video and follow this guy Here's my setup if anyone's interested.

best video yet.

🙏

the usage tracker is the sleeper hit in this list. everyone talks about the cool agent stuff but nobody talks about accidentally burning $200 in tokens on a tuesday because your agent decided to rewrite your entire codebase cost awareness is the difference between a hobby and a business

OpenClaw is an interesting experiment, but: - Claims it can't ignore hard guardrails (e.g., exec approval). - But when asked to modify them, it does it without hesitating for a moment. My experiment with a secure alternative:

Grok --> In none of @MatthewBerman's posts does he credit the inventor of OpenClaw. From an extensive search of his recent posts (focusing on mentions of "openclaw," "claw," and related terms), he frequently discusses using OpenClaw extensively—sharing workflows, productivity boosts, videos on best practices, advanced techniques, and how it's transformed his daily life and work (e.g., personal CRM, automations, integrations with tools like Telegram, Asana, HubSpot). He calls himself one of the most advanced users, posts demos, and expresses excitement/fear about its capabilities. However, he never mentions the creator by name, gives credit to the inventor, or references who built it. He treats it as an open-source tool/project (often tagging @openclaw) but doesn't attribute it to Peter Steinberger (the actual creator, an Austrian developer previously known for PSPDFKit, who built it starting as Clawd/Clawdbot → Moltbot → OpenClaw in late 2025/early 2026). OpenClaw was created by Peter Steinberger as an open-source personal AI agent framework (runs locally, uses models like Claude/Opus/Codex, handles computer control, web browsing, etc.). Matthew Berman heavily promotes and demonstrates its use but doesn't acknowledge or credit Steinberger in his visible posts.

Dev really one shot of themselves into believing they are one of the best at something that is a week old. I'm sure you're pretty good at it but let's simmer down here.

many great use cases 😻

thank you!

Why do we always have to stick to this "this changed everything" bs?

you’re the man Matthew. solid.

Thank you!

humanizer? curious what that does, and if it overlaps opus

forces the model to write like a human (removes AI-smell)

ah, so its the anti-gptizer. forward future indeed.

the usage tracker that saves money is underrated. most people obsess over what agents can do but never measure the cost per outcome. 30 automated jobs/day can either be a goldmine or a money pit depending on whether you track that

OpenClaw + Codex + Opus is such a powerful combo. The fact that you can stack these tools together and get compounding results is what makes this era of AI so different. Definitely watching this video — always learn something new from your breakdowns.

Let me bookmark so I can watch later 👀

How much per month in tokens? Or maybe you go over that?

Your agent can self fund and pay for it's inference using the Bankr LLM gateway

Matthew, Are you spending $200/month or more on API fees on this set up?

You're alone is trash.... "I'm one of the most advanced... " people who are advanced don't say narcissistic statements like that. lmao

the humanizer skill is a wild addition to this stack. curious how you handle the feedback loop, does it learn from your edits over time or is it a one-shot rewrite every time? also the usage tracker saving money is underrated. most people have no idea how much they're burning on API calls until they see it graphed.

You can’t legitimately claim to be one of the most advanced users when you don’t even have a public facing interface like email and the rigorous security practices required to do so.

Are you using each of these via API key or any via the Pro / Max plans?

Max plan

@Dobrenkz How have you done that? Mine just fails everytime.

@MatthewBerman Same

The usage tracker and backup sections are underrated. Most people focus on the flashy agent stuff but the real unlock is having your AI maintain its own operational awareness.

What stands out isn’t just the power, it’s how integrated your workflow is. Curious which piece saved you the most time (or money) so far.

Matthew, thanks for sharing all the content you've been posting. I paired @openclaw with GPT‑5.1 on my Lenovo ThinkStation PGX, and it basically coached me through everything else: Nemotron‑70B on Blackwell, then hardening the host (gocryptfs → non‑root Docker → read‑only FS → caps dropped → localhost bind → token auth). Zero dev background, just a lot of late nights.

@openclaw Nice I love this

How do you know you’re one of the most advanced users? 🤔

I just had @BensChief download your video and make a checklist of possible enhancements we can make to our workflow from this video. I may me this a workflow of its own as more videos like this are published.

If you aren’t using @clawsuite your OpenClaw setup is MID

I'm two minutes in and I'm like WTH, you give a significant portion of your private information footprint up to a non secure global messaging platform infiltrated by multiple alphabet agencies. Whoah.

based and great share Matthew

I haven't heard a single thing that a person wouldn't do better

The OpenClaw + Opus 4.6 combo is insane. If you want to skip the server setup entirely, we wrapped OpenClaw into a one-click desktop app at — same trifecta, zero infra. Open source too.

@grok how to better leverage this trifecta?

Maybe this can be helpful for your Telegram memory, I saw around ~24min you are not using its full capacity.
