I’m posting this because history is already being rewritten—and I refuse to let people forget what happened. Families were torn apart. Mothers, fathers, grandparents, and spouses were ripped away from loved ones and forced to die alone while a cold, faceless system tightened its grip on power. Doors were...

I genuinely think some people STILL do not WANT TO understand the scale of what has happened in Iran. We are talking about a regime massacring tens of thousands of people in LESS than 48 hours, tortured people to death. A regime executing wounded protesters in hospitals, sexually assaulting nurses, separating heads from bodies, gang raping people for protesting, piling corpses on top of each other and forcing families to search through countless dead bodies hoping to find their loved ones. Families were forced to pay money just to retrieve the bodies of their murdered children. We have seen 100s and 100s of names already, yet most victims’ names will probably never even come out under Islamic Republic because many families do not even have the ability to tell the world what happened to their loved one, and some are simply trying to survive. And while all this was happening, the Islamic Republic continued arresting, torturing and executing more people. Right now, there are still people sitting in prisons listening to others being tortured in the next room, waiting in line for executions. There are still families searching for loved ones who disappeared so completely it is like they vanished off the face of the earth. One of the darkest massacres in modern history unfolded in front of the world, and the world continues to make excuses for it and the bare minimum we can do is refuse to let it be forgotten, buried, normalised or escaped from accountability. There is no “going back to normal” after seeing this. There hasn’t been a normal for 47 years At this point, if you’re Iranian and your energy is spent attacking everyone except the people responsible for this brutality, or using your platform for anything other than exposing this regime and amplifying its victims, then something is deeply broken within you. #IranMassacre‌ #KingRezaPahlavi‌ForIran #جاویدشاه

I don’t know if it’s courage, a desperate hope, a fight for justice, or simply the struggle to survive, but what I do know is that it’s painful. Painful even to witness. Watching your own people like this, broken, silenced, grieving, shakes something deep inside you. It compels you to speak out, to risk your career, and to stand up for justice when silence is no longer an option. Baloch mothers and sisters carry the weight of generational grief. And it is the state that has burdened them with this pain. The families protesting in Islamabad are being punished not for any crime, but for refusing to give up. For still daring to hope. Their lives have been shattered. Justice denied in courtrooms. Dreams torn apart. Every breath is a battle for dignity. The few who dared to speak for them have been thrown behind bars. Their families are being targeted. Harassment and intimidation are at their peak. Yet they still came to Islamabad….to protest, to resist, to be seen. And what did they face? Threats. Silence. Erasure. They were not even allowed to set up camp under the punishing rain and scorching heat. The press club was fenced off to block their voices. They were evicted from their rented flats in the middle of the night. This is our history , a history of pain, of struggle, and of an unyielding hope for life. And it is also the history of Islamabad: denial, repression, torture, and the systematic refusal of justice. Yes, we carry our pain with pride. And while the state may wield the power of weapons, it will carry the shame of what it has done. #ReleaseBYCLeaders #EndEnforcedDisappearances

Perrie admits she’s “frustrated” by how Jesy Nelson has portrayed the breakdown of her relationship with Little Mix, adding that she feels the group consistently tried supporting Jesy at the cost of their own mental health, and that accountability should be taken on all sides: “Sometimes you just won’t win with people. And what annoys me the most… I have to be careful how I say this because I don’t want to seem like a bitch… But what upsets me the most when situations like this happen is when the other person doesn’t take any accountability. That boils my blood. I’m not blaming everything on you [Jesy]. I’m not saying, ‘She’s this fucking monster and everything was her fault’ and blah blah blah. But take some accountability for your actions and realise you were difficult. You did have difficult moments. Granted, there were reasons for those moments... but you can only pick somebody up so many fucking times before you start losing track of your own sanity. You want to be there for that person, but if they can’t accept the help and they can’t accept the love you’re trying to show, how do you win? You can’t. I hate that. I don’t like putting the blame on people. Don’t put the blame on me and make me out to be something that I’m not. Yes, I’m not perfect. I might not have been there enough, or I could have done better I suppose… but I thought what I was doing was enough. I thought I’d tried everything. So to then sit there in further interviews and discuss it publicly and be like, ‘I wasn’t supported’… You were, though. You were. So just take some accountability and I’ll feel better about it. I’d say [I’m] more frustrated than angry, because I don’t like being painted into a person that I’m not. Because I’m an open book, I have to be real. It exhausts me when I see people that I know inside and out not being genuine. It frustrates me.”

Coffee thoughts - New relationships This caught my attention yesterday. Candace you say Erika and you were never friends? You never had a relationship. Interesting. Now it makes sense on why the attacks on her. (Video 1) She started traveling with you guys immediately after Charlie and her met. I bet that was hard. Now Charlie’s attention was all on Erika. You love to tell the stories about you and Charlie and how you were on the road. But once she came along it was all her and Charlie. Bet that sucked. Hawaii had to be horrible. Everything changed. Is that why you jumped on George so fast? George and Charlie were not friends either. Charlie firing him from TPUK stopped that. You never went out to dinner or hung out as couples. That’s why the only stories of you and Charlie you can tell now is before 2019. You’ve alluded to Erika and new people in Charlie’s life started having his ear when he started dating her. That he changed. You make it sound like those people are why you were let go and he started lying to you. (Video 4) You weren’t even invited to the wedding. Wonder how you took the not being invited. I bet you flipped. It does make me wonder who the gang was you thought would get back together after Charlie died. What old gang Candace? Erika and you never had a relationship. You had already attacked everyone at TPUsa, DW, the Trump family and most of the Conservative Party. Why in the world would you think they wanted you around? (Video 2) You unfollowed Charlie on social media and deleted all the pictures Candace they knew you were nuts. Thats stalkerish ex girlfriend vibes Candace. He had fired you again in May 2024 when you needed him most after losing your job at DW. Did you have hope before that he’d come back and you’d be a duo again? Not only did he fire you, he put Ben who you absolutely detest and think is trying to bankrupt you in your place at the events. Ouch. Besties don’t do that. This is all why the attacks on Erika and everyone that was part of that gang that grey rocked you isn’t it? The ones that had you sitting in a basement and not on the stage. They all worked together to take you down. The fact Erika took Charlie and is in that gang and now has the job you wanted is eating you alive. Vengeance is your vice. (Video 3). Go talk to your priest Candace.

As for the heart, it bleeds.. As for the mind, it is broken and as for the soul, it no longer desires anything🥺 My friends and loved ones, this is your friend Mo, and this is a new update.. My area was subjected to a barrage of airstrikes. They bombed a building about 150 meters away from me. I was taking care of my plants and cats. Suddenly, without any warning, a violent bombardment occurred. Hundreds of shrapnel fell around me. One of them was enough to kill me. The shrapnel, as you can see in the picture below, is small and sharp, and when it hits the ground, it is as hot as embers... I survived this time too.. The question is how many times do we have to survive.. Unfortunately, 12 victims fell in this raid. I saw the victims with my own eyes, but I did not see 12 bodies. I saw body parts. They were all torn to pieces due to the force of the explosion.😭😭.. When these explosions happened, the cats were around me and then they ran and started running like lightning. Damn this war. I don't understand what these little ones did wrong😢🥺😡😡 What I saw and what we are going through made me feel depressed... My body started to take revenge on me and it became clear... I no longer take care of myself, I don't sleep well, I don't get enough rest during the day, I don't take care of my health... I keep everything inside my heart and try to smile.. I'm back to what I was... long silence, avoiding talking, staying up all night when it's dark, and wanting to be alone... My dear friends, with the ongoing land, air, and sea bombardment, the crossings have been closed for two months. They are preventing food from entering Gaza. Famine is intensifying in Gaza. People are eating turtles and tree leaves... Even water supplies have been cut off to Gaza... Life here is hell: death, destruction, hunger, thirst, no food, no water, no medicine...and the prices are ridiculous.. What we used to buy for $10 we need $100 to buy it Forced evacuation orders continue to be issued from one area to another every day, increasing the suffering of the displaced.. My friends and loved ones, the interaction and support are no longer what they once were. My situation is at its worst since the beginning of the war. I have never experienced worse circumstances. Your support helps me endure this genocide.. I am so grateful to everyone who makes life better with their words, small actions, and unexpected initiatives. Thank you to those who make my days with your kindness. I love you all, my friends.
