It appears NY Common also invested in Stonepeak Infrastructure Fund IV (Stonepeak IV) which acquired Air Transport Services Group (ATSG) including Omni Air International, LLC (Omni). Omni operates deportation flights for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), including "special high-risk charter" missions.
