When you speak to a r@pe victim, you do not put words into their mouth because people in a vulnerable state can easily have their memory influenced. This teenage daughter has only had her license for 4 days! Her mom said she is so proud of how she handled the situation.🤯 Mom said “She had the green light. The man driving the emergency locksmith van turned on a blinking yellow!” She was definitely not at fault from a legal standpoint. However, she needs more experience. You could see what that van was going to do a mile away. 99% of driving is avoiding bad drivers. To me she looked like she had time to try and stop. Glad she is okay. That’s first and foremost. Proud of her for the way she drove and handled it? 🤷‍♂️ Do you think this accident could have been avoided by the daughter? Or, do you think there wasn’t much she could have done?
