A lot of founders have pinged me to ask what steps they would need to take to pull of what jack has done restructuring Block this way. He answers it spot on 👇 "look at all the tools you're using. Look at all the information you're generating just by doing your work. Just putting that into an intelligence and being able to query it will give you an understanding of the company that is 2-3x more than you had before, ever." If you want to hear more, let me know and I can share my longer thoughts

Aircraft maintenance.. this is my tribute to all my brothers and sisters across the world who work so hard to make it airworthy. You are all doing Gods work and I see you and I appreciate you. This was inspired by Paul Harvey “God made a farmer”. But the saying goes true for all that walk this earth, god made us all for a reason and God wants you to be the best at it. This is why it bugs me when I get called a grifter. My money is made here. 3 out of 5 *so far* service calls completed tonight. I spent the extra money I had to fly out to Vegas for an opportunity. I come back and get right to work to make up for lost time. I work so hard because of the people I love relying on me to provide. The mission I’m on to help save the Country does not produce the profit to stop putting in these hours. I’m not irritated that I have to work, I’m blessed to be able to. Why stop now? I’ve only made it this far because of my refusal to give up, and I have no plans of doing so in the future
