The most retarded thing about Zack's Pixel Fold battery explosion is his claim (and people repeating it) that this is the first time ever that this happened. Well YEAH because it was also the FIRST TIME that he pushed it way beyond his usual destruction and kept trying to fold it over at the breaking point (the antenna) way after it already got destroyed On all his other ""tests"" he always stops when the phone breaks. Not to much here. After it broke he tried to completely fold it and THAT was the point that damaged the battery which resulted in it starting to smoke. Don't blame fucking Google, blame his retarded ""testing"" It's literally the FIRST time he did this to a phone. Not the first time this happening in his tests". It would happen almost every single time if he did this to all his phones and foldables. For comparison on the Fold 7 he just stopped after a quick bent. On the Pixel he didn't.

Hello Tata Motors I purchased a Tata Nexon EV (30 kWh battery pack) on 10 February 2024 for around ₹18 Lakhs. Tata claimed a range of 325 KM, but throughout my ownership I NEVER received more than 175 KM on a full charge. Now the condition has become even worse. My battery drains so fast that I can barely drive 90 KM per charge. After reporting this issue, even the service center admitted there is a battery problem. At the time of purchase, Tata Motors clearly promised an 8-year / 160,000 KM battery warranty and assured us that defective batteries would be replaced with NEW ones. But now, when the issue has actually occurred, they are trying to replace my battery with a REFURBISHED (second-hand) battery instead of a new one. I raised this issue in February 2026. It has been months, and despite continuous follow-ups, there is still no battery replacement and no proper response from Tata Motors. What is more shocking is that Tata keeps blaming driving habits for the poor range. But according to THEIR OWN meter, my average consumption over the last 6434 KM is 91 Wh/KM, which technically should deliver around 329 KM range. Yet in reality, I never received anything close to that. To make things worse, the car makes frightening noises while charging. Honestly, it feels unsafe and scary, as if something could go seriously wrong at any moment. And when I asked Tata about exchanging this problematic vehicle, they offered only ₹5 Lakhs for a well-maintained 1.5-year-old car purchased for ₹18 Lakhs. Is this a joke? My demands are simple: 1. Provide a BRAND NEW battery replacement instead of a refurbished battery. 2. Offer a fair replacement/exchange value for the vehicle. This has been the worst ownership experience of my life. While I have premium I definitely want to do a long post breaking down the main scene from this show that I obsess with. There's so much that I feel could be learned from it. Not just for expansion animators either. There's honestly a LOT that can be learned from how this show directed its expansion scenes that can be applied to even safe for work animations. Obviously yes, the expansion alone is really good. What makes it so good though is just the fact that there's things you pick up on that you likely don't even realize until you re-watch. I'm using this scene as an example as it's not AS good I would say, but it still has a lot going for it. One thing I've always loved from it that I want to use in my own animations someday is that the expansion sort of comes in waves as opposed to one consistent growth. In a way, it makes it feel more natural while also selling how tight the top is getting. It could have been accompanied by showing the knot getting tighter or smaller with each growth. It's a small part of the animation but just that one thing already adds another layer to appreciate. It's not like most expansion scenes where there's very little outside of just "growing" on its own. There's a bunch of little things that subtly improve it without being obnoxious. The first expansion scene has WAY more that I want to talk about honestly. Far more than this one has. It will probably be a really long post now that I think about it...

I just saw this video on IG now. The creator obviously does not know what it is. Yet, he's touching it. The main purpose of making this post is to tell you NEVER TOUCH AN ANIMAL OR PLANT YOU DON'T KNOW, most especially at the sea. If it now has bright colour, avoid it until you're sure it's safe to touch. The organism is called velella and it is mildly venomous. The venom doesn't really have effect on humans but some people might be affected by it. When it is touched, using that same hand to touch the the face might cause the face to itch or burn. Officially, it is not found in Nigeria, but I won't rule out its sighting totally. They're usually found in America's, Europe, Asia and Australia. In Africa, they've been found in Tanzania, Mauritius, and South Africa too. Therefore , they might get drifted to coastal areas in Nigeria too. Thank you.

It's been several months since I curbed my phone addiction and it is so profoundly noticeable that my happiness has dramatically increased. I completely dropped doom scrolling, the news, politics, brain rot, and limit social media to mine and my friends' posts only. All the general negativity on the internet is like living in a home where everyone argues and is upset, even if it doesn't involve you and you don't engage with it, just being exposed to it every day is mentally draining. It's subtle, it creeps up slowly, and you don't even realize how mentally taxing it truly is. Now imagine the feeling of living in a home where everyone is peaceful and laughs, the feeling is equally infectious. You can even test this out by watching Friends or The Big Bang Theory with and without the laugh track on YouTube; spoiler, it's painfully cringe without it. The effect surrounding vibes have on your emotions is so strong, and it's hard to notice most of the time. I now find myself having uncontrollable fits of laughter at least once a week, which used to be closer to once a year. It's important to note that the things triggering these fits of laughing were always there, the difference is that my perception has changed. It's figuratively like a laugh track is playing in the background and all of a sudden, everything is now funny. I'm not trying to preach and tell people how to live their lives, but it's something I felt compelled to share since it's helped me so much. The habit was hard to break because the algorithm is designed to adapt to every person and lock you in, but I did it by substituting the phone with other things I enjoy. Right now it's learning the guitar and swimming. I'm developing skills I've never had, and it only compounds the feeling of happiness.

I want to share this news with you: We just reverse-engineered the PCB for our rechargeable fan, right here in India. Thanks to Vishal Tejwani. And guess what? It worked perfectly on the first try. Now we’re ordering 1,000 sets to run a pilot on our Pick and Place machine. If all tests go well, we’ll move to full in-house PCB production, not just for this model, but future ones too. Next goal: → Localize motor production → Find a battery cell solution made in India Soon, we’ll be building the entire product here from scratch. This is how self-reliance starts. One breakthrough at a time.
