See what happens is if a region is kind of busy for doordash or Uber Eats, a whole bunch of people I don't want to call them illegal but they are, will flood that area and drive down payments by accepting the cheapest rate possible, then once they've cornered that area and no one else wants to drive there they will have it to themselves.

She had at least two children that required a car seat but only had one, and no boosters at all. The Uber driver fearing for their safety, declined her service while she rebutted that she does this all the time with Uber and that it’s fine. Was the woman being unreasonable even though she claims they aren’t going far or was the Uber driver being difficult and should have taken them anyways?

I am so glad I caught this on my dashcam. I'm parked next to this Robotaxi at the Tesla service center in Houston, and this lady pulls up and she's asks, "do you own a Tesla?" I tell her "yeah", and she's like, "cause these cars be driving themselves everywhere." I'm like, "yeah, this taxi actually takes you for a ride all by itself. And the one right next to it is my car, it does the same thing!" I told her "you can actually buy one these that drives itself everywhere." Her: "Actually?!", and I told her "yeah, the showroom is right there. You could take one for test drive and find out. She was shocked and went "Wow, I'm gonna do that, thank you!" I am so glad that people are realizing self-driving cars are the future. 🙏 FSD is driving sales. This is living proof.

I feel terrible for some of these Uber drivers. This is why you can't get an Uber in hood. You get people that act like this and put this Uber driver though all this stress and drama. Credit to this Uber driver for not backing down. No surprise that immediately the threat of harm or car jacking comes into play. But the Uber driver was sharp enough to remind him that all of his personal information has already been shared with Uber when he opened his account. Getting that info to the police would be a snap. Sure mad the thug think twice about doing anything.
