The only thing missing IMO was mustard and squeeze of lemon…made all the difference!!

Considering my homemade mayo fails with raw eggs..this is genius! How have I never thought of this?

Add a little Dijon mustard and use Avocado Oil, instead of Olive Oil, it’s a milder oil and won’t overpower the flavor of the mayo.

Just made with eggs from my own chicken raised....delicious.
