I'm sorry but the "experts" are just wrong about tariffs. They aren't inflationary. You know how I know? Because I was alive in 2019! RINOs hate them because they don't make billionaires rich and Democrats hate them because they make Trump looks like the populist genius he is.

Dude that's what I've been saying. We had them in Trump's first term. And Biden kept them. Inflation comes when you flood the market with money supply.

The media won’t tell you, and woke liberals are clueless: Trump’s roaring comeback is driven by everyday Americans fed up with soaring bills, not obsessed about a dozen genders or the right to a transgender bathroom. #AbookThatChangesEverything #TrumpWon

Feel free to cite some actual data. I’m in favor of tariffs to a point, but I also will make my arguments honestly and accountably. Stereotyping “billionaires” is divisive bullshit.

World renowned economist Thomas Sowell (PhD University Chicago; dissertation chair Milton Friedman) strongly disagrees.

It's a negotiating tactic and Trump knows it'll work for him because those countries have far more to lose than we do. A small price increase on our end will result in tens of thousands of jobs lost on theirs, it's just not worth it for them and they know what they have to do. Do. I also don't think Trump is really asking that much in return for removing tariffs, I think he's really just asking for equality, not even like some huge crazy benefit for the US. That would just make no sense for the supply and country.

In the modern world, tariffs serve primarily to redirect buyers to different (favored) sellers.
