I’m sorry but the NFL has to EXPLAIN how this is pass interference This is HORRIBLE. Collinsworth cannot believe it either. That decided the game. Lions lose. What a joke.

Bad call but the lions couldnt gain a single yard and to think they could go 80 yards in a min wasn't happening #beardown

Joke of a call

Explain how this was a “false start”

One of the worst calls to decide a game I’ve seen in the NFL in a long time. Just abhorrent

An abomination

Majority of the time if the WR never fully extends his arm it won't get called. When a DB grabs the WRs hand while WR is reaching for the ball it gets called 50/50. Tough flag for Detroit, probably shouldn't have been called, but it didn't decide the game.

Eagles defense decided the game. The call was a joke. So was the low block call on AJ when he clearly fell and the illegal motion call on Steen when it clearly should have been a neutral zone violation. Lions came in with a high scoring offense and left with 9 pts.

Easy for both you and Cris. Ref saw the arm being redirected (0:06) and that is OPI. End of story.

Stop crying 🥸🦅

"*That* decided the game." Not the 5+ PBUs. Not Goff's INT. Not Detroit's anemic offense. Not Quinyon locking down their receivers. Not Philly's smothering defense. It was *that* lone "questionable" call that sealed the deal. You guys are clowns.

It’s absolutely insane that this was called! Seriously, at some point the @NFL needs to look into @NFLOfficiating Cause this is starting to get ridiculous!

@NFL @NFLOfficiating Ridiculous

Yea this decided the game bc Goff was balling and would have definitely won this game mannnn he was slicing up the defense 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Replay assist saw this

This didn’t decide the game. Goff not being able to do anything under pressure was the issue. All the dropped passes? Because his throws weren’t timed right and he’s throwing pot shots. Hence getting it slapped out of the sky three times. No way is this team SB ready.

This call did not decide the game. The Eagles defense obliterating the Lions offensive line... burying Jared Goff... Clamping down on the wide receivers... Holding Gibbs to under 50 yd rushing (yes I know he had 100 plus yards receiving).. and the head coach refusing to take points when he should and going 0-5 on fourth Downs... Is what decided the game. Was this defensive pass interference? Probably not... It should have been a non-call.. both guys were hand fighting with each other..

Pretty sure Lions going 0-5 and Goff getting ripped to shreds decided the game but go off

That didn’t decide the game and you know it. Our d owned you all night.

NFL has to explain how a false start was called w/Detriot offsides in neutral zone and AJ getting chip block from falling. Defender held AJs arm.

That’s not what decided the game, first of all. The Lions were stopped FOUR TIMES on fourth down. Second, he jumps for the ball and the defender pulls his wrist in the opposite direction. That’s more than “hand fighting”. That is PI.

Where the outrage for the terrible calls against the eagles 😂. AJ low block for tripping?? Neutral zone infraction by the lions?? Goff was eaten alive all night

Do they also have to explain missing that obvious offsides against the lions when the Eagles went for it on 3rd and 1? Should they go thru every play and explain any missed calls? Stop ur crying….8-2 🦅

Explain how this was offsides against Eagles..

Bad call. Just like the other bad calls against both sides all game. However, this happened on the same play. So just use this picture to cope if it helps.

Just to be clear we not blaming their many stalled drives and 4th down blunders and not taking points when they were there on them losing but we letting the refs wear this 1?

It seems the lions players is holding the arm of the eagles player

Decided the game😂 They couldn’t do anything all night on offense & Goff was in literal hell yet THIS decided the game How about when AJ fell & got a flag or when the DL was offside but Steen got called for a flag? Both ruined drives for Eagles, that doesn’t matter I guess 🤷🏻♂️

You think that decided the game? Not the 4th down calls? Not the Lions only getting 3 first downs on 3rd down? Not the dominant performance from the Eagles DL? Not Q locking down? Not Goff’s 37% completion? C’mon man!

Lol. This suspect calls didn't decide the game any more than the bad calls against the Eagles throughout. The lions offense playing like a high school team decided the game. 0-5 on 4th downs didn't help either.

They were gonna lose anyway shut the fuck up.

It didn’t decide the game, but it robbed us of atleast seeing what lions could do with it one last time. They blew plenty of chances.

Buddy there’s a list so long it’s on a scroll that is nothing but bad 4th quarter calls against the Lions. Let me tell you what won’t happen: 1) Anything

The nfl has to explain how they are the best league in the world with absolutely atrocious refs week after week. Every game there are horrible missed calls and every week there are multiple game deciding calls/no calls. It makes it miserable to watch.

Same play there’s a blatant DPI , so spin it however you want too

Bullshit. The @Lions got their ass kicked. This just saved us and Goff from further embarrassment.

It's pass interference because the defender is grabbing his hand.

@tsnmike Grabbed his wrist at the very end of the clip……..
