If they are going to do this more frequently, then we really do need a strategem to handle it. The 500kg would literally do nothing to help this. But some kind of carpet bombing run or massive heavy ordnance drop from the destroyer that is a single use on a long cooldown would be helpful.

If I were an Illuminate commander, this would be the appropriate response to a helldiver squad I'd send

and still this way it feels easy if you have the right equipment. I'm lately trying other playstyles, all of them inferior To try to compensate for the load difficulty
