I'm starting to think this character is trash at high level.

AK players needs to have good knowledge of fundamentals to be successful (footsies, char knowledge,etc). The usual 50/50 guessing game you see from chars like Lars/Anna/etc aren't present which leads to more interactions and more chances to win/lose. 1/2

i really hate combos like AK's where the fillers are just same strings in a row, it' looks boring and lazy af....

I've learned it on the 2nd day of his launch. He is just a well rounded and fun to play character.

Season 2 every other characters expect anna asuka bryan are useless

he’s incredibly viable even at high level if you’re good enough. much like fahk you just have to put the time in and work on fundamentals. not as many super strong gimmicks to fall back on when you don’t know what to do like some of the other characters

i feel like almost every character has new tools or just moves, but why not give that to him? or even better give more thing that make him unique, to have people saying "that is king! and that is ARMOR king!" in tekken 8

Good defense is easier when spaced out like that. Where were the cd ws4...b3+4...db2...type pokes to get u close and end end the chase game. AK has some good big moves but his poke game is where he shines imo.... but u need the right flavor of fundies.
