No. 🤦‍♀️ This will result in broken glass and injury. Glass from picture frames is especially thin/fragile. Why not just use iPad as is? Or buy a cheap digital frame?

Would NOT recommend. There’s often little glass shards on the edge of photo frame glass. And it’s so thin that forcing it into a small space will likely cause it to break while your hand is exerting downward pressure. You’ll get cut where you do not want to be cut. Shudder!

Or your kids could just read the books

that's cool, but please don't do that with the pieces of glass in from a cheap ass frame... that glass never has finished edges (it's sharp) and it's cheap (it will break easily)... not to mention the poor books...
