I’m the most sad about the kids. 😢

As a fellow pediatrician (now retired, which means I’ve lived through the years where H. Flu was a thing) , and mom to three grown sons, now a mentor to ex-foster youth: 1000% this. Also, I started rewatching “Ted Lasso” last night, which I highly recommend.

Thank you for sharing, Dr. Annie. I retired in ‘21 after 42 years as an educator, with the last 12 yrs spent in special education. I can’t stop thinking about students who will lose their support if he dismantles DOE. They will have no where to go. 😢

I’ve told my daughters to think seriously about this, before they have any. This election has exposed America as who we really are: selfish, impatient…and oh, so gullible.

Agree 100% on everything you said, I'm gutted on what this means for my daughter. I've dedicated most of my career to making this world a better place and it's just in shambles right now.

Not only the policies but the normalization of really bad behavior both on the part of the politicians and especially trump's cult members.
