This scene still hurts so much no matter how many times I've watched. Just the pure hell that Ozai wrought on his family, the monster that Azula had to become to survive... ...and, in the end, it just...broke her.

I’m like Katara, this is too painful for me to watch 🥺😣 And a fun fact: Azula’s voice actress had to remember her most traumatic moments in order to cry like that 😭

It's so chilling and heartbreaking, dude... even Katara was shook from seeing her breakdown like that 💔

Grey DeLeslie became an Icon with her performance of Azula. To be able to play to all that sadness, fear and anger as well as the charm Azula masks it with was master class.

at the end of the day she was just a 14 year old girl who was used her entire life and only knew how to use other people

I find it crazy how the VA basically admitted she had to go to a extremely dark place in order to voice act like this and i can see why.
