Still needs to be done away with. Once you pay off your house it should be yours and not contingent on paying property taxes

Getting rid of property would be federal over reach as it’s a state tax, don’t like the taxes? Move to a better state.

Multi-generational middle-class people have born the highest tax burden for multiple generations. If they had abolished income tax after the civil war, Americans would have been born rich by the third or fourth generation of middle-income brackets.

All it does is drag us down
