Matthews: I used to work in communications at the white house. You don't dump good news on a Friday. They should be wanting to talk about this today. You put out bad news on a Friday and do a Friday news dump, because it gets lost in the weekend news cycle. So why would they do it on Friday? It makes no sense to me.
