Wide press hammer strength machine. Easiest machine they make to plate load and move it. Two 45lb plates/side is warm up weight. Not even sure what the point is of even filming this.

This persons behavior is why people like me are intimidated with starting a work out routine.

My local Gym has just banned videoing. Also anyone caught videoing in the change rooms they are expelled from the gym and referred to the Police.

I'll be the spoil sport here. Why do people film themselves doing chest presses? The machine basically dictates your form. I might understand your filming a free-weight leg exercise to check for correct form. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and the others around you: Use a mirror.

If you record in the gym, just know sometimes people are going to walk in your shot. Edit it out. Which is why if I know I’m going to record at the gym, I go when nobody’s there… either super early in the morning or super late at night. Very easy fix. You’re welcome. 🙋🏽‍♀️☺️
