Credit card debt ain’t it. Don’t spend money you don’t have. Just use credit cards to get points and rewards, but don’t ever carry a balance forward.

For hell they are getting over 5k bring home I assume every two weeks. Or is this a monthly thing. If it's monthly who the hell is paying oy 550 a month on rent. I haven't seen rent that cheap for over 20 years

If more people were this disciplined they wouldn’t be in debt. Another good rule of thumb: just because you can afford the minimum payments doesn’t mean you can afford the item. Never put anything on credit, save up and pay cash for it.
