Imagine paying all your bills and still having 4200 left over.

Also imagine your paycheck is over 5k and your rent is under $600. Aka, imagine you're a liar.

I don't understand building the emergency fund while carrying cc debt that's likely running 20-30% interest...

Forget being disciplined, imagine getting paid nearly 6 k a month.

Credit card debt ain’t it. Don’t spend money you don’t have. Just use credit cards to get points and rewards, but don’t ever carry a balance forward.

A lot of discipline, yes, but her strategy is flawed. She should pay off ALL her credit card debt first. And forget the tats.

For hell they are getting over 5k bring home I assume every two weeks. Or is this a monthly thing. If it's monthly who the hell is paying oy 550 a month on rent. I haven't seen rent that cheap for over 20 years

Her bills are 1/5 of the average bill cost

If more people were this disciplined they wouldn’t be in debt. Another good rule of thumb: just because you can afford the minimum payments doesn’t mean you can afford the item. Never put anything on credit, save up and pay cash for it.

In what world do any of these costs make sense? A months food for $150? That’s not possibly unless you only eat ramen.
