She seriously thinks ALL the rent is kept by the landlord? 🤣🤣🤣 Property taxes, insurance, wear & tear, furnace, A/C unit, appliances, etc. Also: refurbishing after disrespectful tenants bail and leave you with a huge mess to clean out. Nobody owes you anything lady.
