Imagine dropping £210M on Bryan Mbeumo, Matheus Cunha & Benjamin Šeško just to end up relying on a 34-year-old DM for goals 🤦‍♀️ Then you sell Alejandro Garnacho....your brightest spark...and keep Amad Diallo?? Nah this isn’t squad building, this is a social experiment gone wrong 😭🚨 . . #manchesterunited... show more

🚨 MAJOR BOOST FOR MANCHESTER UNITED! 🔴🔥 Benjamin Šeško and Matthijs de Ligt are BACK in first-team training at Carrington ahead of the Premier League opener! 💪 Šeško has missed the entire pre-season, while De Ligt has been sidelined since November — so having both back at this crucial stage is massive for Michael Carrick. United kick off against Hull City on Saturday. ⏳ Now imagine adding a fully fit Šeško, De Ligt, Cunha, Mbeumo and the rest of the squad… The season is about to get VERY interesting. 👀🔴 #MUFC #ManchesterUnited

🚨🚨THIS IS WILD🚨🚨 When a 60-year-old man went viral on social media for playing the 37u football league and then completely tearing his ACL. 😭😭😭 This league is absolutely insane to watch.

🚨🔴 🇮🇪Roy Keane on Bryan Mbeumo: “He’s too raw for me Amad should be starting ahead of him” 🗣️ “I’ve always said this. For me, Amad Diallo is a better and more dynamic winger than Bryan Mbeumo. “Mbeumo is still too raw. He’s dangerous in counter-attacking situations and he’s a good finisher, I’ll give him that, but when Manchester United have to dominate games and break teams down, I don’t think he offers enough. “You saw his performance today. It wasn’t convincing. The decision-making, the link-up play and the creativity just weren’t at the level United need. “Amad gives you more composure, better ball retention, more intelligence in tight spaces and he’s capable of unlocking stubborn defences. He doesn’t just wait for transitions he creates moments. “If I’m picking the team, Amad starts ahead of Mbeumo every single time.

🔴 Roy Keane & Gary Neville debate the best front 3 for Manchester United if they sign Antonio Nusa 🔴 🗣️Roy Keane’s Trio: Nusa (LW) — Cunha (ST) — Amad (RW) "Cunha has that bite and arrogance you need upfront for United in big games. Nusa tears defenders apart on the left, and Amad has earned that right side his technical security in tight spaces is unmatched. Why drop him?" 🔴🗣️ Gary Neville’s Trio: Nusa (LW) — Cunha (CF) — Mbeumo (RW) "Roy, you’re ignoring transition demands. Mbeumo gives you 15+ goals, elite physicality, and world-class work rate off the ball. With Nusa's raw pace and Cunha fluidly dropping deep, Mbeumo's power makes this a title-challenging frontline." 🔴🗣️Roy Keane: Cunha up top with those two wingers gives us fire. They’ll terrorise defences. 🔴🗣️ Gary Neville: My trio gives balance and experience. Either way, if we land Nusa we’re cooking up front.

🚨 LOL, Marco Rubio just went full MIAMI mode in Sweden "There's nothing wrong with this weather. Miami is 95 degrees with mosquitoes and humidity this time of year! But your sunrises are way too early. It's like 3:45 and the sun is up, what's wrong with these people?! It's not your fault." "Are you from Sweden? You have a great country. This is a great country. This is a beautiful place. Wow. Thank you. I wish we were here longer." "They keep apologizing to me for the weather."

Monster in Maryland: 23-Year-Old Throws 1-Year-Old Baby Down Stairs, Then Out a Window Into a Trash Can, Then Runs Like a Coward for 9 Months! Listen up, America. This is pure evil walking. Kevin Alec Morris, 23 years old, allegedly took a one-year-old baby and threw him down a flight of stairs like he was garbage. Then this animal barricaded himself in a room, opened a window, and hurled that innocent child out like yesterday’s trash, landing in an actual dumpster outside. And then he ran. For nine damn months. We got fathers out here protecting their kids with everything they’ve got, and this sorry excuse for a man does this? This isn’t just a crime, this is a declaration of war on everything decent. On fatherhood. On innocence. On America raising strong families instead of broken monsters. Thank God they finally caught this demon. Lock him in a cage and throw away the key. No deals. No excuses. No mercy. Protect the children at all costs. What say you, patriots?

🚨I actually loved seeing Bryan Mbeumo react the way he did when he got subbed for Benjamin Sesko. That little bit of frustration is hunger. That’s a player who wants to stay on the pitch, who backs himself, and who’s not satisfied with coming off. And honestly, that’s exactly the mentality you want at Manchester United. If anything, it sends the perfect message to the whole squad — nobody is guaranteed 90 minutes. If you’re not performing, you’re coming off. And this is where healthy competition comes in. Players pushing each other every single game, every training session, fighting for their place. That’s how standards rise, that’s how you build a winning team. If Mbeumo takes that reaction into the next game, works even harder, and comes back stronger — that’s a win for everyone. This is the kind of mentality we’ve been missing for years. #MUFC

Former BlackRock fund manager Ed Dowd on the "old con" surrounding the AI data center buildout and how it'll blow up in corrupt politicians' faces "This is an old con. Hollywood movies have been made about this, and senators have been caught doing this" "You know a development is going to go up, and you know ahead of time where it's going to go, [so] you buy—for your approval—land around and adjacent to it for pennies on the dollar where no one's built anything" "Then you grease the skids to get the approvals, then you sell that land, [and get] some shadow LLCs in the Cayman Islands [to serve as the facade in your end of the sale], and you make millions" "It's a backdoor bribe. This has been going on forever" "This went on during the railroad building days" "[But] I think these guys have gotten ahead of themselves, and I think a lot of these guys are going to be left holding the bag on the land that they bought" "Human psychology works for crooks too" "[And] this [AI] frenzy is going to burst... and bubbles work on everybody... Insiders get swept up in it too" "And some insiders are going to get wiped out" Shannon Joy Edward Dowd

ว่าด้วยเป้าหมายในชีวิต ได้ข้อคิดอะไรเยอะมากจากไลฟ์คุณอฟ "If you've lost your passion for life, whether it's about work or anything, try setting new goals for yourself. For example, you might set a goal of having teeth braces by this year, then you can save up for it or let's say, you want to have a motorcycle, then start saving up. In case that you think you have all the stuff you need, let's think about things that you don't have. It might be having some travels like this year I'll go to this/that place. It's important that you keep setting new goals for yourself. Do not ever lose your passion unless you've everything completely fulfilled . In that case you can just do nothing and live a comfortable life. For me, these are goals that I've set. 31-year-old Engfa will have her own business. It might or might not happen but the point is you need to have a goal. And when I turn 35, I will stop working for one year and travel around the world using the money that I've specifically saved up for travel. A whole year of travel when I'm 35." #อิงฟ้ามหาชน #EngfaWaraha

"All you eat is steak." Anytime I want something I’m smoking to end up falling apart, this is the technique I use. Smoke for two hours with indirect heat and then wrap in butcher paper and then foil and bake @ 250° until the internal temperature is 204° plus. You can use this technique totally in your oven. Just bake your meat on a grated rack at 250° for a few hours.

Bill C-34: The REAL REASON Canada Wants To “PROTECT KIDS” ONLINE!! Canada is pushing Bill C-34, the so-called “Safe Social Media Act” forcing age verification using your ID or your face to access social media. They claim it’s about protecting kids… but we’ve seen this playbook before. In this video Dan Dicks of Press For Truth breaks down how this is nothing more than a massive digital ID grab disguised as child protection. From Marc Carney’s post and community notes exposing the truth, to the RCMP labeling “traditional values” as extremism, this bill is a direct threat to privacy and freedom. Last year Dan warned you about Australia’s under-16 social media ban. Now Canada is following the exact same path. If your kids are rotting their brains on social media, the problem isn’t the apps, it’s the adults who gave up on parenting. This is the beginning of Digital ID control. Don’t let them normalize it. Watch until the end and share this video if you value freedom over government surveillance.

Your social posts used to die in 48 hours. But Google… just changed everything. Now you can connect your social media profiles with your Google Search Console, just like you do with your website, you can see which posts show up in Google, which keywords they rank for, and how many clicks they drive. And that flips the entire ROI of social content. Because a post in your social feeds peaked in a day or two. Then it's gone. But then that same post ranking in Google can keep working for months. And the thing is Instagram content has been indexed in search for about a year now. But you just couldn't measure any of it. Now you can. So I’m telling all clients to create content around questions people are actually typing into Google. I use AnswerThePublic for this. Type in your topic, and it shows every question your audience is asking. Then answer one question in every piece of content you create. Because now, every post has the potential to become more than a social post. It can become a measurable search asset that keeps bringing you attention, traffic, and customers long after you publish it.
