🚔 UK Police Officer Left Gobsmacked by Driver’s Excuse for Speeding at 104mph 😳 A police officer pulls over a driver for speeding, and gets an excuse he’s never heard before. Officer: “Do you know why I’ve stopped you?” Driver: “Speeding?” Officer: “Correct. What speed do you think you were doing?” Driver: “I think around 80–85mph.” Officer: “No… 104mph.” The officer then asks why he was speeding. The driver’s reply leaves him stunned: Officer: “To be honest with you, I’ve never heard that as an excuse for speeding.” Unfortunately for the driver, the excuse didn’t work. He was reported for exceeding the speed limit.

If you're a bus driver, or passenger in Wolverhampton, don't get a job or use National Express NX West Midlands, as they fail to protect both. A pack of youths attack a driver, giving him a beating. Another driver intervenes to protect him. The driver was given a final warning by the company. My sources say they wanted to sack him. Only protests from colleagues & threatening to go on strike, stopped it. Another driver on Boxing Day was smashed in the face getting the bus when in uniform. National Express refused to pay him as it was before his shift.

[SPONSORED] Big news for conservationists! 70 southern white rhinos have been successfully translocated to Akagera National Park in Rwanda, marking a major milestone for African Parks' Rhino Rewild Initiative. This incredible feat involved a 3,400 km journey from South Africa, including a Boeing 747 flight from Durban to Kigali. The rhinos will now help establish a thriving meta-population, supporting regional conservation efforts and boosting Rwanda's reputation as a leader in wildlife protection. Y’all!! This girl just made a post about people speeding while she’s in the car and she recorded her friend speeding while they were all drinking. The driver lost control of the car, they veered off the highway, flipped over, hit a pole and since nobody was wearing a seatbelt, they all got ejected from the car. 3 of the 4 people are dead and one is in critical condition. Here are her stories just moments before the accident. STOP DRINKING AND DRIVING. Her Facebook story is still up. This was last night!

The driver of this Nissan was dawdling at 45-50mph in lane two of the M3 in Sunbury. When stopped by #VanguardRST officers, she said, "I thought it was OK, as the left lane is the slow lane". 🙄 A Traffic Offence Report for Driving Without Due Care and Attention was issued to the driver. Did you know middle lane hogging is illegal in the UK? You could receive an on-the-spot-fine of £100 and get three points on your licence. Watch this video from National Highways to learn more: #KeepLeftUnlessOvertaking

#KuduAwards2023-2024 Thank you to SANParks for presenting me with the #KuduAward in the category: Media Contribution to Conservation and Eco-Tourism. It is an incredible honor to be recognized yet again. In 2022, we received the award for the in-depth #CrimeWatch show around rhino and elephant poaching. I a truly humbled to receive this distinction again - for, according to SANParks, “ the outstanding effort dedicated to covering stories about conservation and safety and security in Table Mountain National Park and Kruger National Park.” This award is not only a reflection of my efforts but also the support and collaboration of many who share a commitment to conservation and the preservation of our natural heritage. I dedicate this award to all those working tirelessly to protect and nurture our environment for future generations and to my team at #CrimeWatch on @etv and eNCA I am deeply appreciative of this accolade. It motivates me to continue contributing towards the conservation and preservation of our natural heritage. Congratulations also to colleague Theodor from eNCA on his award.

"I wasn't driving." A driver in Colorado tried to get out a speeding ticket by blaming the autopilot feature on his Tesla. Despite the officer explaining that drivers are legally responsible for operating their vehicles, the driver kept arguing, saying he would take this up with a judge.

China creates the worlds largest national park system - by a mile. The national park idea was invented in Yellowstone in the US. Now China will make a national park system three times the American. Of course there is no competion - its wonderful that both China and the US inspire the world to protect Mother Earth. I am reporting from Qinghai - the park at the source of three massive rivers - a park as large as England or Uganda.
