I am the son of a Turkish diplomat and spent two years of my early life in Tel Aviv. One of my earliest memories is of a day at the beach with my mother when I was around 4 or 5 years old. A woman eating ice cream caught my eye; she approached me and kindly gave me some of her ice cream. I must have been even younger than 4 or 5, as I remember not being able to speak clearly at that time. In a more serious vein, I'm well aware of the targeting and assassination of Turkish diplomats by ASALA. Israel was the only Middle Eastern country that genuinely supported Turkey during that period, offering valuable intelligence. While many of our Western allies appeared to appease these terrorists, my perspective on Israel is shaped by actual experience, not social media narratives. ASALA terrorists were trained by PLO in Lebanon, when Israel bombed the shit of those terrorist strongholds, asala activities slowly stopped and dissapeared. Regarding the comparison between Hamas and ISIS, I personally believe that Hamas is worse. Even ISIS has not gone to the lengths that Hamas did recently, capturing the killing of civilians on film and boasting about it. I want to conclude by offering my condolences for the lives lost, although I know that words can't bring them back. 🇹🇷🇮🇱

My heart breaks for the victims of this conflict. I cannot imagine the terror and pain they are experiencing. I pray for peace and an end to the violence. I urge everyone to speak out against Hamas and their atrocities. We must not allow this terrorism to go unchecked. We must stand together with the people of Israel and Palestine and demand an end to the bloodshed.
