Thanos should have battled the Cosmic Deities. And the Infinity Gauntlet was nerfed to be beatable in the movies. It's okay I mean, but if he was undefeatable the point of being an Avengers movie would be lost. It's understandable.

After Infinity War, Thanos was victorious. That was it. Endgame was simply that 1 in 14 billion outcomes Strange mentioned.

Honestly, would’ve been awesome. It’d completely change the game for comic book films, most of them anyway, cause everyone knew the Avengers who got snapped were gonna come back here, but then to pull the rug out from everyone with this, it’d be the mother of all plot twists.

If it ended like that then none of the avengers would still be alive which would make it difficult for the next avengers movies coming
