The long bursts in hsr only work because end game content over there isn't timed. And you can speed it up. Genshin's end game times you. That's soooo much time lost just on the animations

+5s then, hsr doesn;t count on seconds while genshin does, plus it would cause more gb, you're not compairing fairly
