I don't think an Indian man could have got same justice as this guy got in US . At first, Indian man would have rotted in jail for several years and even after that there wouldn't have been guarantee for his innocence.

I think the boy is equally at fault since he was too drunk to be capable of understanding consent if there was a NO from her as well. Though there is no sense of any case here.

He anyway got expelled from the University, because he got into "bad name" ... Reverse the roll, and the University would organize ceremony to celebrate the verdict
