You see bad form and you turn it into a teaching moment. Thats what I do when I see it and don't think the person will take it wrong

Agreed, especially a young kid. Approach with kindness and offer to help in a way that isn’t condescending, arrogant, or trying to embarrass them. I was very lucky to come up in a gym with great people that helped everyone willing to accept it and today I try to do the same.

He should have helped that kid with his form instead of making fun of him on the internet for likes. What a pathetic loser.
