Tamra and Gretchen floating down the river in bikinis inside a motorised hot tub trying to resolve their differences with no way to escape other than throwing themselves overboard was actually pretty camp. #RHOC

Good morning 🌿💦 May your morning flow gently, like water finding its way down the mountain. No rush. No noise. Just peace, fresh air, and a beautiful reminder that nature has its own way of saying: breathe… and begin again. 🌊☀️ Have a blessed morning. 🙏🏾

imagine you’re in the middle of a conversation and she gently holds your hand while asking you to move aside because a car’s coming without interrupting the conversation at all she’s literally an angel 🥹

Breathing training Find a comfortable position and gently close your eyes. Bring your awareness to your breath, noticing its natural rhythm without trying to change it. Feel the cool air entering your nostrils and the warm air leaving your body. Now, we will begin a simple breathing pattern to ground your mind: Inhale slowly through your nose for a count of four. Hold your breath gently for a count of four. Exhale completely through your mouth for a count of four. Pause and rest at the bottom of the breath for a count of four. As you repeat this cycle, let your shoulders drop and release any tension in your jaw. If your mind starts to wander, simply notice the thought without judgment and gently bring your attention back to the counting. With every inhale, imagine breathing in calm and clarity. With every exhale, imagine releasing stress and distraction. Relax, breathe, enjoy.

In the heart of the wild, beneath the sacred tree, the earth hums softly—and we listen. 🌿🌬️ Take a breath. Touch the grass. Let the sunlight and wind remind you: Life doesn’t rush. It just flows. 🎶 “Let us never forget to give thanks…” And hey, it’s the weekend — don’t forget to yap a little too.
