Lee Corso was good from about 1989-2005. He hasn't been good and struggled to put together a coherent thought for at least 15 years. Brutal to watch, cringe honestly, classic job stealer. Poor Herbstreit constantly bailing him out.

What’s the deeper meaning behind this for those who may not understand

Lee Corso was great for college football. He made it fun. We need more characters who also have good knowledge. Bill Walton and Terry Bradshaw come to mind as comparisons. Great careers in the sport... great careers as part of the sport. All unique, all interesting.

He is the goat 🐐 and legend!! One could only hope to live the life that Coach has. He has made an impact on CFB & everyone that’s been a part of it.

And that he would only be remembered as someone wearing a mascot head.
