I like just talked about this short how Foggy wanted to become a parent the short itself is wholesome (for the most part)

I feel like this makes sense for foghorn, even when the kids he shares cartoons with do stuff that ends up with him getting clonked on the noggin and such he’s still SO eager to be a role model for them (even if he’s not especially good at it lol)

He does this multiple times in the OG show, too. And also, he's delighted when Daffy wants to be his fake son in The Looney Tunes Show. Let him have a family!
