Imo Vaggi definitely had character development, because I don't think S1 Vaggi would have been able to call Charlie out and be honest about her feelings

it kinda annoys me that they wrote el as mostly disinterested in this scene (and kinda like she follows mike's lead). i think it would have been more fun if el showed interest in what dustin was showing them even if she didn't fully understand it or even if it ended up not being something that interests her because even a few years in out of the lab, so many things are new to her and you'd think her character would be naturally curious. imagine if they let show interest and ask dustin questions about it. imo it'd be cute idk
