It's unreal how fast their reflexes are. The cheetah has one of the fastest out of the cats because around 45% of their entire muscle is reflex muscle. Cats in general have a 0 - .07 second reaction time. They say blinking your eye takes 0.1 seconds. So in the time it takes you to blink, they could hit you about 1 and a half times. They can even withdraw their paw faster then the strike of a snake. Agile little guys.
