But is college for studies or for a fashion show? I've never seen men dress this way. India has changed a lot in just the past decade. Should a dress code be mandatory? Do girls dress this way for comfort or attention? And do girls really not have the freedom to wear what they want?

I thought this was a great way to plant a seed for people who see vaccines as their religion.
