@tatereeves @MississippiDOT @MSEMA @MSHwyPatrol Why does it take all this, when all they had to do was start plowing the roads sooner? Memphis has EVERY lane open right now! Meanwhile, we do not have 1 lane open on any of those major interstates. How embarrassing!
