Trump could absolutely win this election. Both candidates are neck and neck. But here's something I promise to you all, and I ask you to make the same commitment as Americans: No matter who wins in 16 days, I will respect the results and recognize that person as my President—whether it's Harris or not. I will not claim it's rigged, and I will not call for violence or chaos in response. I will stand by our democracy, win or lose. We owe it to this country, to each other, and to the generations before us to respect the will of the people. Can we all agree to that? As Americans, as patriots, let's show that no matter the outcome, we believe in the integrity of our system and the peaceful transfer of power.

We must all recognize that only global strength can force Russia to make peace. And that is why we are working to involve as many countries as possible in the Peace Summit in Switzerland, as well as relevant communication. We must all recognize that Putin will attempt to thwart this effort and weaken Ukrainian positions through various manipulations and the power of his terrorist strikes. All of our positions must now be equally strong, whether on the battlefield, in diplomacy, or in the information sphere. For us to apply pressure and get closer to our goals, the occupiers must lose their ability to exert pressure and accomplish anything for themselves. Our strength, capabilities, weapons, and unity with partners must all work together. And they will.
