We buy like 5 loafs from the local bakery every few months Then cut all loaf in slices, I got this bread cutting machine for it on Amazon Then we freeze those slices We don't eat bread a lot but sometimes, so if you wanna eat bread, you just put a frozen slice in air fryer for about 7 minutes and you have toasted bread One reason is that whenever we go to the bakery here after 12 noon all bread is sold out, so this is easier Now studies show freezing bread and other starches is healthier for you as it doesn't spike your blood sugar as much Related I try to start my day with protein, never carbs or sugar, just egg or meat and then carbs or fruit after I know lots of people start their day with fruits cause I see it at hotel breakfast and I try avoid starting my day with that This trick originally from Andrey Azimov who got it from Michael from Dojobali

“Daddy, I love you.” Here’s another wonderful example of the earliest form of imaginary play. You’ll note that this initial role playing is not about princesses or superheroes or even community helpers. All that will come later. Instead your child’s first imaginary play is likely to emulate the true hero in their life: YOU. She waves goodbye, dangling a plastic container from her arm to emulate a handbag. And she tells her father she loves him. It’s a routine she’s seen play out many times in her own home. It can be humbling to be imitated by your todddler, if only because you learn just how carefully you’re being watched. Your mannerisms, your speech patterns and more are all likely to be reflected. But it can also be a wonderful reminder about your influence as a parent. Every day, you are shaping how your child speaks, acts, and sees the world… even when you don’t think you’re being watched. Just did my first MOTS-c pin today and started conservative at 2mg. Felt absolutely nothing right away, no energy surge or noticeable change yet. Did the pin at 5:00am and worked out at 6:30am. A few of you mentioned getting a pretty quick boost. For those who’ve run it (especially at lower doses like 2-5mg): How long did it take for you to notice energy, stamina, or “more in the tank” effects? Same day? Few days? Or does it build slower over 1–2 weeks? Am i on the right track with low-dose and let it build slowly, or crank this shit up? Reminder that MOTS-c is for research use only / not for human consumption. LFG
