Sorry you're dealing with this. If you can still sign in to the Google account that set the profile up, check the users list in the profile settings and remove anyone you don't recognise. If you've been locked out, ask Google Business Profile support to restore ownership, and have the police reference, a utility bill at the address and photos of the shopfront ready to send. Hope it's sorted quickly.
