It would be nice of you to acknowledge & reassure your loyal Rex staff who are dealing with huge uncertainty

So disappointed. It is such a good airline. Reminded me of what it used to be like to fly. Great no-fuss service, no BS additions when booking. If only that model worked. My flights ADL/SYD are impacted this week. Such an important service. Thanks to the workers ✈️👍🏾

You can’t get through to Virgin to book a seat today for the flight you cancelled. The ticket was only bought days ago when you would have known this was going to happen so why sell the ticket? The staff on these flights have been sensational and the reason to fly with you…

Cheers for cancelling my flight tomorrow for work. Paying out of pocket already and now again as apparently the ADL routes aren’t covered by virgin as the text message implied 😡

Why not stop selling before discontinuing operations?

Why the airline doesn't rebook for costumers ? ?

What a pity, the 737 services were well priced and great experience. Best of all was not being welcomed to my own country when landing somewhere in my own country.

Really sad and disappointed as a former QF employee still with staff travel but chose to fly with REX to help support you than the other two , I sure hope you sort this out asap and not become another aviation statistic like Tiger or BONZA , Ansett etc

So you knew about this early in the day, has time to arrange a visitor pass onto the Tarmac BUT HAVEN’T BOTHERED TO TELL THE STAFF UNTIL LATE EVENING…..😡

Pity to see - great airline. Govt needs to break the duopoly
