His name is Jehangir Ahmed Sheikh. And he is the son of Mohd Jamal Sheikh of Champora Handwara, J&K. The attack has taken place on Tehsil Dehra of District Kangra, HP. I appeal to Amit Shah ji that these are incidents of hate crime against civilians, fellow Indians who are trying to earn a dignified living for then selves.
