SEATTLE CRAZY: Be on the look out for this insane SUV driver. Monday evening, a witness recorded this dude driving on the SR 520 bridge in Seattle on a blown out rear wheel. Sparks and car parts were flying all over the place. He apparently got off near the 405 N exit after driving on the bridge for more than three miles. Unclear what happened after that.
