This morning he was on with Hosking, and said he thinks “Winston Peters may go with Labour” these clowns are ridiculous and desperate as Te Gimp is failing badly. Even Hosking said that is not going to happen. Particularly ridiculous because Luxon is crossing the floor to Labour for support of the FTA & Internet regulation. Mike quizzed him on the Social media ban -digital ID - Internet regulation - and how it is unfeasible and won’t work like in how Australia who spent hundreds of millions and it didn’t work at all. 🚩Laws went and saw Luxon speak this weekend. Luxon attracted 250 people, about the same as Seymour’s little get together. Winston Peters hauled in 600. This is Michael’s assessment : “Luxon is very short… he’s charisma free and I mean zero, most unimpressive man. He talked on and on about Ukraine, but NOTHING about our cost of living crisis, he only got spirited when having a go at Winston Peters and saying he is wrong about immigration and the India FTA” Laws then opined that Luxon (and Seymour) if they keep on trying to scare NZFirst voters off, they’ll blow the election: “By Luxon continuing to lie, and repeat lies about NZ First, he does not help National or himself… doesn’t matter he won’t be PM come October regardless” I agree, if Te Gimp manages to red line National to squeak over 30% and NZFirst drags the coalition over the line - the Nats will do him in post election. I certainly do not want Labour back in, but on the same token I do not want this little gimp in for another 3 years either. National has to buck its bloody ideas up and dump him in the bin.

WP explains that most trade to India will be redirected from existing markets, and in exchange Luxon, Seymour and Hipkins have agreed to direct 32 BILLION of Investment to India for the privilege. The deal that reinforces Co-Governance, and the cripples us with the Paris agreement is total dog shit. India receives 100% tariff reduction on day one, NZ has to wait years for ‘some reductions’ that India have the ultimate say on if and when that happens. No dairy at all, or ever. He was very clearly talking about the car manufacturing industry—before and after he used the word. National are not being straight up and are hiding details of the deal - in election year” She concludes “Indian students have historically been a problem, dodgy and we get stuck with them. NZ has to make a decision if we accept this for the FTA” That last line reminds me of Seymour saying “Indians come from a culture where they’ll pull one over you, kiwis just need to accept that.” Luxon that blithering boob has set up his election year in the worst possible way. And he’s going to try to flood us with Indians to make up for Nationals shit economic stewardship.
