With the level of effort terrorists are now putting into roadside IEDs, sending soldiers to the frontlines in Toyota Hilux trucks is, at this point, tantamount to a suicide mission. This command-wire improvised explosive device (IED) was discovered by troops of the 149 Battalion buried beneath a road in Kanguri village, Borno State, while escorting a Mine Risk Group (MRG) team from Maiduguri. The team was en route to recover two trucks that had been damaged in an earlier IED blast.

Already know that the terrorist came through Eagle Pass Texas.... How, if he is dead on the sidewalk? Story sounds very similar to what happened in Germany. Not 1 clip to be found on Snapchat, YouTube, tick tock, anywhere... Is it being sensored? Eyes on as this unfolds.

Local authorities and eyewitness testimony indicates that a vehicle parked in the parking lot to rear of the structure contained an explosive device which detonated, causing severe damage to the clinic. -----END TEARLINE----- Analyst Comments: As this is a developing situation, it's too soon to tell what the motive might be with any certainty; there are many different reasons as to why a terrorist may wish to conduct an attack at an IVF clinic. At least one individual was killed in the blast, and several more were wounded. However it's not clear as to if the victims were inside the clinic at the time, or were random passersby. Though further technical analysis will be required, the initial characteristics of the extremely severe damage indicates that this was a substantial and properly constructed IED. This was very likely not the result of a simple pipe bomb, but rather much more explosive material. Analyst: S2A1 Research: //END REPORT//
