You nailed it with this video. Two things that stood out to me: 1) At what point is growth enough? 2) In the context of these layoffs, what he said about being imprisoned by your work because you feel as a small part of the big machinery hits hard. It’s so relevant and timeless.

Love Fromm. I loved how he talked about how we're obsessed with consuming (the "having" mode) as opposed to being present (the "being" mode).
