Government Bureaucracy: It took the U.S. government 132 years to figure out every state could be written with just two letters. From 1831 to 1963 the Post Office kept revising abbreviations — some 3 letters, some 4 — until ZIP codes came along and forced them to save space. A century of committees… to spell “California” as “CA.” 🇺🇸💡

Did you know that zip codes were implemented only as recently as 1963? It was the Zone Improvement Plan (ZIP) aimed at improving the efficiency of mail deliveries in response to the nations growing population. I can’t even imagine how chaotic it was to deliver mail before this!🤯

Here it is: The Democrats: ‘There is no evidence of election fraud’ Security footage shows a US Postal Service worker unloading postal bins from her vehicle and dumping them in a supermarket dumpster before leaving. The discarded material included roughly 300 political mailers from a Republican candidate intended for voters in Succasunna, New Jersey. 📝The U.S. Postal Service Office of Inspector General investigated the incident and handed the case over to the U.S. Attorney's Office for federal charges.
