In 1993 Clovis West achieved a 14-0 record running the Delaware Wing-T to utter perfection. Their starting left halfback # 22 McKay Christensen locked in 44 TDs for the year, often running buck sweep. Notice the fakes, the mesh, the 90 degree cut, and the down block angles. 🔥🏈

DELAWARE WING-T - 929 Waggle - Versus 4-3 Cover 3 - Dev lab notes: Finally got the play action fake hand off to the halfback working in Madden. I also hot routed the WR to a go route on this play which cleared out the safety and created more space for the TE on the drag route.

We should be mad at Brian Daboll for running seven straight times in the low RZ and running wildcat on fourth down in a game-changing moment, but Dan Moore completely ruined what I think would've been a walk-in touchdown. Gets whooped on the down block and it blows up the play.

Lord, Thank you! My first year of track and i’m proud to say I achieved my personal goals. Was able to break my school record in the 100 meter running a 10.48. Also qualifying for state. #DuelSportATH

Another textbook Triangle option: low post entry, SS wing and corner clear to the weak side, screen and cut for the layup. Philippines w/ a pure Triangle clinic in the year of the lord 2024 lmao

#Steelers just landed a true Offensive Weapon in Eli Heidenreich. At Navy, Eli has the most career receiving TDs in school history and truly operated as a running back, wing back, slot receiver, and outside receiver. His Combine numbers share similarities to…Christian McCaffrey (see RAS comparison) Offensive Weapon for the #Steelers! #ShrineBowlWhosNext

The UT Dallas Baseball Comets just recorded their third straight home sweep and are a perfect 11-0 at home. What an impressive start to the season at 22-8, as UT Dallas will at minimum be tied for 1st place in their first season in the Lone Star Conference after today. #D2Baseball

School I went to High School at runs the Wing T as has for YEARS. Literally never throw it. Tonight in round one of the playoffs, this is how the game ended. 4th and 20. Under a minute left. Down 3. This is my cousin’s kid throwing a dart for the dub!

Anyone remember who the spokesman was for HIV/AIDS prevention in Japan in the 90's? Seriously, it was none other than Atsushi Onita. Dead serious, a man known for using razor blades to cut himself open, running into exploding barbed wire and jump into lakes with sewer remains ended up being the spokesman. Here's a commercial he did in early 1994

Are you running a marathon this year? 🏃 The position you're running in matters. In a well-positioned group, a marathon runner could experience up to a 90% reduction in aerodynamic drag, conserve energy and improve their time. By applying aerospace technology to performance sports, a new study led by Heriot-Watt University and Synopsys shows how, under the right aerodynamic conditions, runners could improve their race time by 30-40 seconds. Good luck to all the runners at #LondonMarathon this weekend! Learn more about the aerodynamic findings researchers produced with help from Ansys Fluent and Ansys Discovery:

Deddeh has got 'taking the cap off' down to a tee 😜 And you're left with a handy plastic baggie for putting all the wraps in for recycling next year.
