Anyone remember who the spokesman was for HIV/AIDS prevention in Japan in the 90's? Seriously, it was none other than Atsushi Onita. Dead serious, a man known for using razor blades to cut himself open, running into exploding barbed wire and jump into lakes with sewer remains ended up being the spokesman. Here's a commercial he did in early 1994
