Clothed in traditional green shrouds, the coffins are carried by mourners to the Potocari Memorial Cemetery on the anniversary of the July 1995 genocide. The victims, ranging from 20 to 56 years old, are among the more than 8,300 Bosniak men and boys systematically killed by Bosnian Serb forces. Decades on, forensic teams continue the painstaking work of identifying fragmented remains scattered across mass graves, offering delayed closure to families who have waited a lifetime to say goodbye
