This situation should result in sanctions for Tuxbery. He mislead his client that the depo was cancelled and allowed him to ship off to training. That's not what happened and he knows the subpoena was active when he signed up and shipped off to training school. Colin didn't realize he needs this school, sign his contract, and leave in one day, or one week. This was all a set up and it's falls on Tuxbery for misleading Colin about the subpoena

Enrique Delgado-Garcia, a 25-year-old recruit at the Massachusetts State Police Academy in Braintree, has died as a result of injuries apparently sustained during a defensive tactics boxing training exercise. However, his family says his injuries are not consistent with what he would’ve sustained during a training exercise. They say he had missing teeth, his neck was broken, brain injuries and contusions all over his body. Friends and family are devastated. And fortunately, they want answers. “They killed my cousin! And they run away like cowards!” said a family member. “All he did was study and run. That’s all he ever did!” How on earth does one sustain a broken neck, have missing teeth and brain injuries from a boxing training exercise? You don’t even hear of those kinds of injuries in the pro boxing and fighting world. It sounds like there’s a lot more to this story that the Massachusetts State Police isn’t telling. Who’s investigating this? Hopefully it’s an outside agency. As we’ve seen, the Massachusetts State Police don’t particularly care about conflicts of interest, or conducting real investigations where protocol is followed when it’s the death of a fallen brother in blue. Enrique previously served as a victim witness advocate in the Worcester County District Attorney’s Office. According to his family, it was his dream to become a State Police Trooper. My thoughts and prayers are with Enrique’s family and friends. As you can see, they’re clearly and understandably devastated. His injuries don’t match the narrative. And they’re outraged. It’s refreshing and commendable to see them demanding answers. ———— On a side note: All of the descriptions and reporting I’ve seen of what happened to him say things like: “he suffered a medical emergency during a training exercise…” or “he became unresponsive in the boxing ring during a defensive tactics training exercise”. Typically, suffering a medical emergency includes things like having a heart attack, seizure, or severe allergic reaction, for instance. Someone whose neck has been fractured, is missing teeth and has severe brain injuries didn’t do it to themself. And one doesn’t typically sustain such injuries because they, for instance, fainted and fell to the ground, breaking their neck, knocking their teeth out and causing brain injuries on the way. Those things happen, especially if you’re physically fighting someone (boxing), because that other person DID them to you. Did he “become unresponsive” while just standing there doing nothing? Or did he become unresponsive because someone knocked him out? This very passive, distancing language is concerning. Do you agree with this type of discipline? He’s his stepdad. I think he did exactly what he was supposed to do. He took him outside away from the mom and other kids and he didn’t touch him. He let him vent. He listened to him. Then, he made him do his workout and then explained why he was in the wrong. Just because he seasoned his words while explaining doesn’t mean shit. Sometimes step parents stepping up is all a kids needs. I applaud this step father for caring about the mother and her kids enough to take the time to show this boy guidance and discipline and that he cares for him. Good job! 👏🏼

You won’t want to miss my stalkers latest installment. 🙄 She is attacking my wife and I for being disabled veterans and getting benefits from the VA. My wife did 3 tours in the sandbox and got PTSD from a few missions she was deployed on. I worked on aircraft and blew two discs in my spine, one in my neck and the other in my lumbar. I was 24. It took me over 4 years and 2 appeals to get my disability. I assure you, it was not an easy process. She also fails to understand that not all injuries are physical and not all physical injuries are debilitating daily. I’ll just leave it at that. My entire family, including my kids, have a protection order on this woman in Arizona. As always, thanks for supporting us and Veterans like us. 💚
