He drives to the rim, purposely throws is arm back to elbow the defender in the face, and he gets a wide open layup because the guy guarding him was knocked silly. So instead of the basket being waved off, and LeBron being assessed a flagrant foul, he has the AUDACITY to get in the officials face to scream at him for a foul.
