The Chief of the French General Staff warns that the country must be ready—quote—‘to lose children in a potential armed conflict with Russia.’ End quote. The Secretary General of NATO states—again a quote—‘Russia has brought war back to Europe.’ End quote. And therefore we must be prepared for a conflict on a scale experienced by our grandfathers or great-grandfathers.
