Shaykh Yasir Qadhi mentions here another category of non-Muslim who rejects Islam. According to him, such people are distinct from the kuffār who recognize Islam as true but reject it out of arrogance, and also from those who are too lazy to look into Islam, which he considers another type of arrogance. This category consists of non-Muslims who sincerely evaluate and study Islam but may have some sort of hang-up over a particular issue (say, an aspect of Islamic jurisprudence, for example) that simply does not resonate with them and ultimately prevents them from embracing Islam as their religion. Yasir Qadhi says that they were sincere in their evaluation but nevertheless fell short. If such a person dies without embracing Islam, then, according to Yasir Qadhi, they have died upon a path of kufr. We cannot make duʿāʾ for them or ask God to forgive them, but we can hope that Allah will have mercy on them. He therefore makes a distinction between explicitly making duʿāʾ for them and simply hoping for Allah’s mercy. Shaykh Yasir Qadhi emphasizes that the only path acceptable to God is Islam (Willful submission to the guidance of the Creator)

That being said, we should NEVER forget that Andrew Tate's huge influence piqued the interest of many people over the world to look into Islam, and he helped many individuals find Islam, resulting in thousands of people embracing it. May Allah reward him for it🤲🏻💚 Q- Is Andrew Tate the Mahdi? A- No, Andrew Tate is not the Mahdi.
